Repair Services
The warranty is for two years. As stated in the brochure, any damage caused by normal wear and tear will receive free maintenance. Please bring your watch and warranty to the dealer at which you purchased it or the company after-care center.
- Glass, non-metallic watchband
- Damage due to accidents, negligence, mishandling, or repairs by an unauthorized agent.
- Lost or stolen watches.
- Any factors leading the watch to break down that are not related to normal wear and tear.
- When you return this watch, please check the product’s appearance and then let our attendant check it.
- Return the watch and all broken components along with the original warranty to the attendant.

You can enjoy a global aftercare service warranty, and we will supply customers with a service email address through which they can contact us. We will strictly control and supervise the computer operating system, and we insist on using original packing components to repair.

Return or replace products
Our products are strictly examined before published. If you found there is any natural damage on our products, you can return or replace your product within 7 days (Taiwanese holidays included). All the returned products have to be NOT used and packed with complete package, accessories and receipts. The products are used or damaged unnaturally can’t be returned or replaced, and the final decision will be adjusted depending on the reserve.
